Grounding Meditation

This beautiful energetic and spiritual collaboration with my lovely friend Sue Ann (https://sueanntexas.com) - has resulted in this deeply rooting, and rejuvenating grounding meditation, as the next meditation in our series together.
Using visual imagery and spiritual journeying to a beautiful huge tree in the middle of some woodland, we reconnect to the energies of earth, to our own power and spirit, our freedom, and energy.
This is an excellent grounding practice for those who work with spirits and psychic energy, to remember and reconnect to the beautiful steady energies of our earth.
This meditation is designed to tap into our root chakra and lower energies in our body, and rediscover the beauty of simply being, of simply existing as a creature on earth, and reconnecting to the powers that innately come with that.
As with our Spirit World meditation, I have used voice channeling, with my own singing voice being the music backdrop, a gentle hum which arose whilst creating and taking part in this meditation myself. Those are the sounds you hear, designed to transcend words, open you up, assist with healing, and tap directly into your soul.
