This guided meditation takes you on a visual and magical journey, to the beautiful garden of your heart, deep within you.

This is to aid in heart healing, heart expanding, sending and receiving love, and simply enjoying these beautiful heart energies we all carry with us and can experience in everything around us.

The sounds, singing and frequencies are channeled through me specifically for this meditation, to communicate from soul to soul, and through vibration as well as through the words.
